Privacy & texting terms
Short and in plain English. We collect what we need to clean your home and keep you informed, and nothing more.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email, service address and details about your home (size, rooms, access notes), plus the notes and photos our team records to do the job well. If you pay by card, your card is stored by our payment provider, never by us.
How we use it
To estimate, schedule, perform and bill your cleaning; to send you reminders and updates about your service; and to reply when you contact us. We don’t sell your information and we don’t share it with anyone except the providers we need to run the business (payments, messaging, maps), who may only use it to provide those services to us.
Photos
Before-and-after photos are taken for quality checks and stay private. We only use a photo for marketing if you’ve opted in from your account, and even then Kylie approves each one first. You can change your mind at any time.
Text messaging terms
When you give us your mobile number and check “OK to text me about my service”, you agree to receive text messages from Sweet & Simple Cleaning about your cleaning: estimate confirmations, appointment reminders with your arrival window, a heads-up when the team is about an hour away, receipts and replies to your questions. These are service messages, not marketing, and we won’t send promotional texts unless you separately ask for them.
- Message frequency varies with your schedule; typically two to three messages around each cleaning.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
- To stop, reply STOP to any message. You’ll get one confirmation text and then no more. You can still reach us by phone or email, and we may need to call instead of text about your appointments.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We don’t share your consent to receive texts, or your mobile number, with third parties for their marketing.
Your choices
Ask us any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We keep service records as long as needed for bookkeeping and then remove them.
